Hey,

As a Doctor of Physical Therapy for over a decade, I've seen it all when it comes to back pain.

So if you or a loved one is suffering from back pain or fear you someday might...

You'll want to pay attention to these:

Mistake #1: Are you trying to fight back pain by strengthening your back muscles?

It makes sense on the surface. If something hurts, it must be weak. And if it's weak, strengthening it is the answer.

Not quite.

You see: back pain is rarely caused by the back itself. In fact, it can stem from a misalignment in the hips, knees, ankles, even your feet. And if you don't fix the underlying cause... any exercise can make it worse.

Don't worry, I'll show you how to fix that in a second...

But first:

Mistake #2: Do you think it's a good idea to "rest" your back?

Make no mistake: I'm a huge fan of rest. But I don't like my clients doing absolutely nothing.

That's because muscle is very costly for your body to preserve. It takes tons of energy and calories to keep it going.

So if you stop using a muscle, completely, it sends a signal to your body that you don’t need it anymore. That's when your body starts stripping it away thinking it's doing you a favor!

Now, I remember when a friend of mine blew out her back, she quit everything from tennis to walking.

My first recommendation was to start moving again. Nothing too major, but enough to get some blood flowing.

I also shared with her this unlikely stretch for back pain and sciatica...

==> Try THIS 1 unlikely stretch to fix your back pain and sciatica today...

And it got her jumping up and down with joy in no time:

Let me know what you think!

To pain-free movement,
-Jack
