In object-oriented programming, dynamic dispatch selects an object method at runtime, though whether the actual name binding is done at compile time or run time depends on the language. De facto dynamic scoping is common in macro languages, which do not directly do name resolution, but instead expand in place.
Some programming frameworks like AngularJS use the term "scope" to mean something entirely different than how it is used in this article. In those frameworks the scope is just an object of the programming language that they use (JavaScript in case of AngularJS) that is used in certain ways by the framework to emulate dynamic scope in a language that uses lexical scope for its variables. Those AngularJS scopes can themselves be in scope or out of scope (using the usual meaning of the term) in any given part of the program, following the usual rules of variable scope of the language like any other object, and using their own inheritance and transclusion rules. In the context of AngularJS, somet

Shooters all across the country are excited about this just-released spotting scope called The Ranger.

When you go shooting, how much time do you lose waiting for a cold range... so you can walk downrange to check your target?

And now, we might have to pay a terrible price!

Imagine how much more shooting time you’ll enjoy – and how much more FUN you’ll have – when you no longer have to wait for a cold range, then trudge back and forth... back and forth... continually checking your target.

Now that will never again be a problem for you. You can stay put and check your target as much as you want...

WITHOUT waiting for a cold range...

WITHOUT walking downrange back and forth 50 different times, and...

WITHOUT “cooling off” because you have to get up from your position to go check your target.

Now with The Ranger spotting scope you can simply take a quick peek and see EXACTLY where each and every shot is landing.
