It’s not everyday you hear someone famous admit that they just won the genetic lottery.

Most of the time, they’ll tell you it’s about their hard work paying off.

But the stunning 25 year-old, Victoria Secret model, Cameron Russell decided to cut through the B.S. when asked why she became a model and simply said, "I won the genetic lottery"

Then she added... "Saying that you want to be a model when you grow up is akin to saying that you want to win the Powerball when you grow up"

True. Good news is...

While ‘looks’ are genetic, ‘super-human’ health certainly IS NOT. Unlike modeling, you don’t have to win the genetic lottery to become healthy.

And if I’m honest, ‘genetics’ is usually just an ‘excuse’ we give other people to justify being unhealthy. Heck, it’s not even about eating more veggies or getting more exercise.

Because the truth is...

Your body is already equipped to kill any harmful germ, virus, bacteria or dysfunction.

The only reason it can’t do what it’s supposed to do… is because everyday our cells are bombarded by stress, pollution, and chemical additives in our diet— destroying your cell’s ability to defend themselves the way they are designed to do.

Here’s a short video that explains everything:

And that’s where the problem starts.

Unless you rebuild your cell’s protecting coating, all this damage will build up over time resulting to a myriad of symptoms.

Fatigue.

Chronic pain.

Sleeping problems...

And it’s only a matter of time before these symptoms evolve to something far worse like stroke… heart attack... diabetes... arthritis... and even cancer.

So if you want to have a fighting chance against all these whether or not you hit the genetic DNA lottery.
UCLA cracked the win column last week with a 37-7 win at California. It was a complete performance on both sides of the ball — efficient in the passing game, dominant on the ground and forcing five takeaways on defense Now they host the Wdcats, who are still struggling to find their identity under first-year coach Kevin Sumlin and with their best weapon, QB Khalil Tate, sidelined with an ankle injury Paul Myerberg TCU knocks off Oklahoma to leave the Big 12 in a bad spot when it comes to reaching the College Football Playoff.
