B=C3=BCcher des Gesch=C3=A4ftsjahres 2020 geschlossen. Wir blicken zur=C3=
=BCck auf ein =C3=A4u=C3=9Ferst schwieriges Jahr, gepr=C3=A4gt von der Coro=
na-Pandemie. Deren Auswirkungen haben uns alle hart getroffen, viele von Ih=
nen als Musikschaffende auch in wirtschaftlicher Hinsicht ganz massiv.<br><=
br>Bereits im M=C3=A4rz 2020 hat die GEMA deshalb ein umfassendes Hilfsprog=
ramm f=C3=BCr ihre besonders betroffenen Mitglieder aufgesetzt, das schnell=
und unb=C3=BCrokratisch in Anspruch genommen werden konnte. Unsere Initiat=
ive wurde, wie uns viele R=C3=BCckmeldungen gezeigt haben, dankbar aufgegri=
ffen, und sie hat =C3=BCber die Mitgliedschaft hinaus in =C3=96ffentlichkei=
t und Politik h=C3=B6chst positive Beachtung gefunden. Die Krise hat uns al=
s Solidargemeinschaft gefestigt, gerade jetzt zeigt sich: Im kollegialen Zu=
sammenhalt liegt eine herausragende St=C3=A4rke der GEMA und ihrer Mitglied=
er. Damit es auch in der derzeitigen Ausnahmesituation nicht zu sehr erschw=
ert wird, die ordentliche Mitgliedschaft zu erlangen, bereiten wir f=C3=BCr=
die Mitgliederversammlung einen die besonderen Aussch=C3=BCttungsbedingung=
en ber=C3=BCcksichtigenden Antrag vor.<br><br>Das Jahr 2021 wird uns weiter=
hin vor gro=C3=9Fe Herausforderungen stellen. Noch ist nicht absehbar, wann=
die Pandemie abklingen und Musik wieder in all ihren Facetten erklingen ka=
nn. Doch sicher ist, dass tiefe L=C3=BCcken in verschiedenen Ertragsbereich=
en der GEMA klaffen. Dies wird in den Aussch=C3=BCttungen dieses und voraus=
sichtlich auch des n=C3=A4chsten Jahres deutlich sp=C3=BCrbar werden.<br><b=
r>Wir m=C3=B6chten Ihnen daher fr=C3=BChzeitig eine Orientierung erm=C3=B6g=
lichen, welche finanziellen Auswirkungen die Ertragseinbr=C3=BCche der GEMA=
auf Ihre Aussch=C3=BCttungen haben k=C3=B6nnen. Daher hat die GEMA bereits=
jetzt auf Basis der Ertr=C3=A4ge des Gesch=C3=A4ftsjahres 2020, die f=C3=
=BCr die Aussch=C3=BCttungen 2021 ma=C3=9Fgeblich sind, eine Prognose erste=
llt. Im =C3=9Cberblick zeigt sich, dass es vor allem bei den Live-Auff=C3=
=BChrungen und den =C3=B6ffentlichen Wiedergaben zu erheblichen Aussch=C3=
=BCttungsr=C3=BCckg=C3=A4ngen kommen wird.<br><br>F=C3=BCr die Fernsehspart=
en werden die Aussch=C3=BCttungssummen ebenfalls r=C3=BCckl=C3=A4ufig ausfa=
llen. Dieser Effekt wird jedoch abgefedert, da zum 1.4.2021 gem=C3=A4=C3=9F=
GEMA-Verteilungsplan relevante Zuschl=C3=A4ge im Rahmen der regelm=C3=A4=
=C3=9Figen Aussch=C3=BCttung f=C3=BCr gesetzliche Verg=C3=BCtungsanspr=C3=
=BCche (GVA-Verteilung, also GEMA-Anteile aus den Einnahmen insbesondere de=
r Zentralstelle f=C3=BCr private =C3=9Cberspielungsrechte ZP=C3=9C, dem Zus=
ammenschluss deutscher Verwertungsgesellschaften) auf die Aufkommen aus den=
